MY PHILOSOPHY

Astrology is a language for the parts of ourselves we have not yet learned how to name.

The birth chart is more than a collection of personality traits or a map of what will happen to us. It is a living mythology — a symbolic reflection of the archetypal forces moving through our psyche and shaping the stories of our lives.

Feminine Astrology approaches that mythology through the lived experience of women.

The archetypes of the chart are not ideas that exist somewhere above us. They are alive within us. We come to know them through the lives we live — through love and loss, desire and devotion, motherhood and creation, the ways we seek belonging, the ways we abandon ourselves, and the moments that call us back into deeper relationship with who we are.

Feminine Astrology invites us to encounter the chart not as something to interpret from a distance, but as a mythology we are already living.

WHAT IS FEMININE ASTROLOGY?

For centuries, the feminine within astrology has largely been contained within two archetypes: the Moon and Venus. The Mother and the Lover. Our capacity to nurture and receive, to love and be loved.

But the experience of being a woman has never fit so neatly into two roles.

We are mothers and lovers, yes. But we are also creators, mystics, leaders, warriors, wild women, devoted women, ambitious women, grieving women, desiring women, and women becoming something we have never been before.

Feminine Astrology expands the language of the birth chart to make room for the fullness of that experience.

It brings the traditional planets into conversation with Lilith, Ceres, Juno, Vesta, Pallas, Psyche, and other feminine archetypes — while drawing from mythology, archetypal psychology, and the lived experiences of women to deepen how we understand the entire chart.

Because Feminine Astrology isn't simply about adding more goddesses to astrology.

It is about creating a language spacious enough to hold the complexity of a woman's life.

THE ORIGIN

I didn’t set out to create Feminine Astrology.

It began in the space between what I had been taught about astrology and what I was witnessing.

Again and again, I kept encountering the same feeling: I would read a woman’s chart through the traditional framework and leave with the persistent feeling that something was missing. I could see pieces of her, but I wasn’t seeing the whole woman.

There were parts of women’s experiences I couldn’t find adequate language for — the complexity of desire, motherhood and selfhood, belonging and autonomy, ambition, creativity, sexuality, grief, and the many identities we move through over the course of a life.

So I began looking beyond the interpretations I had been taught — returning to mythology, feminine psychology, the goddess archetypes, and most importantly, the women sitting in front of me.

Over time, Feminine Astrology emerged — not as a new system of astrology, but as a way of seeing the chart that could hold more of us.

BEYOND THE TRADITIONAL CHART

What if we have only been reading part the story?

The traditional astrological pantheon is overwhelmingly masculine, with the Moon and Venus carrying much of the symbolic weight of the feminine.

Feminine Astrology expands the chart.

Alongside the traditional planets, I bring in Lilith, Ceres, Juno, Vesta, Pallas, Psyche, and other feminine archetypes— giving us language for dimensions of a woman’s experience that might otherwise remain unseen.

We aren’t replacing the traditional chart. We’re expanding it to hold more of the woman.
