What is astrological Counseling?

Astrological counseling is a fusion of astrology and therapeutic support. It begins with a deep exploration of your birth chart—uncovering your core patterns, soul gifts, and life challenges. From there, we work together to integrate that insight over time, using it as a tool for healing, clarity, and personal transformation.

Whether through a single session or ongoing guidance, this work offers a compassionate mirror to help you understand yourself more fully and move through life with intention and self-trust.

Can i Schedule a Reading if I am not interested in long term counseling?

How do we begin?

It all starts with a reading. My goal is to provide my clients with validation and compassion of what their lifetimes struggles have been. There is always a reason we are the way we are and why we do the things we do and for the most part the root of it begins in childhood. After your reading we will begin working together on a regular basis to begin to unpack the insights from your natal reading. Our work together then extends beyond astrology, incorporating various healing modalities to release old narratives and foster a deeper connection to your intuition.

WHat is the cost?

The initial reading is donation based. Whatever you can offer is received with gratitude. Following that our sessions will be $100 for 55 minutes of personal counseling.

What is PSYCHOLOGICal Astrology and why use the natal chart?

I specialize in psychological evolutionary astrology, centering on the soul's development over a lifetime. By exploring the preconscious period from in vitro to about a year and a half old, this approach unveils early influences shaping the formation of ego, sense of security, and relational attachments, providing valuable insights often overlooked in traditional talk therapy. The natal chart becomes a window into our earliest life experiences, revealing foundational aspects of our psyche.

Can astrology Predict the future?

That is a highly nuanced question. The answer is some would say yes and some would say no. What I will say is that is not how I utilize it in my practice. The approach I take that we are in co-creation with the Universe at all times. Astrology is another tool in the tool belt of our lives to help us understand the big picture and how we can play our role in most loving way. By taking responsibility for our lot(our natal placements) we can maximize our contribution to collective and live a life free of self limiting beliefs.

What Do the Sessions after the reading look like?

I believe everyone path to healing is different and requires different tools along the way. Most of the sessions we will be traditional talk therapy. We all hit blockages that go beyond the mind and requires us to get into our bodies. At that point I incorporate somatic breath work and release, inner child connection, visualization, and energy healing.
